To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
Opened packages or cans are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns must first be authorized; items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
After your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@vitouae.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened packages or cans
- Sale items
- Gift cards

The quickest way to get the item you want is to initiate a return for the original item.
Once the return is approved, you can place a new separate order for the desired item.
